A retired Aquilonian scout in my city swears that she is being watched day and night by Nemedian spies. She gave me directions to six of her family graves in the Northern Grasslands and Kara Korum, all of which, she warned, were quite out of the way of normal travelers. I visited each one of them. At the final graveside, I was joined by one of the woman’s ancestors, who became my companion.

Warriors Quest: A Matter of Trust (From Local Warmonger)
The warmonger from my home city has become obsessed with trust. In return for an introduction to her most trusted allies, I am to imbue the worthless ‘twice-forged steel’ with further symbolism, by spilling upon it the blood of the Black Ring’s Mistress of Mirrors.

Choose one of these:
Companion: Lion Cub
Pet: Silverback Gorilla
Companion: Sergeant at Arma
*Repeatable. Companions are mutually exclusive. New replaces Old.

Rogues Quest: Loyalty Unwavering (From The Unseen)
This time, my roguish friend, the ‘Unseen’, has asked me to steal the trophy from a more challenging target – Seruah of the Black Ring, called the Witch-Queen. In exchange, the Unseen will introduce me to a heist companion with unwavering loyalty.
Apparently, the Witch-Queen keeps the valuable figurine called the Herald of Night in her possession at all times, so I must take it from her by force.

Pet: Lacgeish Stag
Pet: Ruby Wheip
Pet: Snow Stalker
*Repeatable. Pets are mutually exclusive. New replaces Old.

Mages Quest: Hymns of the Forbidden (From Silent Practitioner)
The Silent Practitioner that has taken up residence in my guild city has trusted me with her life’s work – a contract with an ancient entity.
This contract is now in my hands, but requires a mystical ‘seal’. She suggested the Black Ring’s Maiden of Veils could forge such hatred. If I shed her blood, the Practitioner’s contract should be imbued with the necessary energies.
Rewards:
Choose one of these:
Pet: Reanimated Carcass
Pet: Winged Hunger
Pet: Crawling Spite
*Repeatable. Pets are mutually exclusive. New replaces Old.

Priests Quest: Servant of the Divine (From Reverent Settler)
I met a pious citizen of my home city who spoke of an ancient prayer, recited by our ancestors for visitations by blessed avatars of the gods. He recognized me as a priest and pleaded that I help him in re-enacting this ritual with him.
He deciphered enough of the prayer to see that it needed the life energies of a ‘Prophetess of the Profane’. All omens point to Seruah of the Black Circle; so she shall be our blood offering.
Rewards:
Choose one of these:
Pet: Blessed Serpent
Pet: Grizzly Cub
Companion: Neophtye

How do you get at the scout on the rooftop in the Wild Lands for “Feeding Paranoia?” He is on the roof, but can’t be reached as far as I can tell. I tried to shoot him from the ground with a crossbow, but he is out of range.
